ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar has said that they all are moving ahead as per the law and the constitution.

Talking to the media after appearing before the Islamabad High Court in the missing persons case on Wednesday, he said that there was a right to live if human rights are discussed. "We are facing an armed resistance in Balochistan. Non-state actors have martyred judges, security officers and citizens," he added.

The Caretaker PM said that they could mention 5,000 names if someone asks about the missing persons. "They themselves do not want to resolve the issue. It is not justified to consider the entire state guilty due to them," he maintained.

Earlier hearing the case, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that institutions are not above the law. "By appearing in court, you (the PM) have proved that you are also answerable to the law. People's rights cannot be violated. Only eight people, out of 59 missing persons, are remaining. Its credit goes to the government," he observed.
