ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that they are ashamed at whatever happened in the National Assembly yesterday.

Talking to the media on Wednesday, he said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had not liked the speech of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif.

He demanded that National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar should resign, saying he did nothing when the sanctity of parliament was being violated.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said the PTI minister could be seen throwing book at Malika Bukhari in the video.

"Efforts were made to register different kind of cases against Shehbaz Sharif. The NAB failed to register a case against Shehbaz Sharif during three months," he said.

He said that the FIA had sent a notice to Shehbaz Sharif, accusing of laundering money from 2000 to 2018. "To contrary, Shehbaz Sharif was not in the country during nine years," he added.
