LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan People’s Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that they do not believe in reconciliation, but resistance. Talking to PPP Southern Punjab office-bearers at Bilawal House on Monday, he said that he would come on roads, if need be, for the rights of people. He termed the withholding tax as the Jagga Tax. “According to the constitution, the withholding tax cannot be imposed on farmers.” He said that the withholding tax would be challenged in the Supreme Court. Bilawal Bhutto announced to forcefully contest the local government elections against the N-League. He also demanded the resignation of the ECP members, threatening to launch vigorous protest. The PPP chairman said that a kisan convention would be announced soon. “The government is following the IMF policies,” he added.
