We don’t forget our benefactors, says Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui

KARACHI (92 News) – MQM-P leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has said that they do not forget their benefactors. Addressing a rally taken out in favor of former president Pervez Musharraf on Sunday, he said that such person has been sentenced who served Pakistan for 40 years. “We dream of Pakistan where no one should be termed a traitor for speaking truth,” he added. The MQM-P leader said that they firmly believe that the apex courts will do justice. “The courts are recognized by their verdicts. We will continue to respect the judiciary,” he said. He said that Pakistan was created due to sacrifices of their ancestors. “Musharraf’s 1999 act was justified. His plane was not allowed to land in Pakistan. The overthrow of the then government was the decision of the institution, not only Pervez Musharraf’s,” he said.
