We have offered PTI to hold gathering at venue for Tableeghi Jamaat: Rana Sanaullah

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that the government had offered the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold the public gathering at the venue reserved for Tableeghi Jamaat.

Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, he said that the Tableeghi Jamaat venue had ample space for the public meeting and they should return to their homes peacefully after it.

The minister disclosed that 1,700 people have been arrested during 414 raids across Punjab. "We have released the people who dissociated themselves from the 'Fasaad' march," he declared.

He said that the PTI leaders do not want to see the country making progress. "Imran Khan has anti-Pakistan agenda, not political one. We have neither signed an agreement with them nor will do in future," he announced.

Rana Sanaullah said that the government will obey the SC orders in letter and spirit.
