We should be told why we were removed from power in 93, 97 and then in 2017? Nawaz Sharif

LAHORE (92 News) - PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif said that the country was on the path to progress during his last tenure and some characters destroyed the progressing country.

Addressing the PML-N parliamentary board meeting on Saturday, he said that they did not just want to get the slots of the prime minister and the chief minister.

"We should be told that why we were removed from the power in 93, 97 and then 2017? How the country was given into the hands of a novice person?" he questioned.

The PML-N Quaid said that the country would have been bankrupted if Shehbaz Sharif had not assumed the power. "The people responsible for bringing the country to this stage should be held accountable as why they meted out such treatment to the country," he demanded.

He said that the country had witnessed a very difficult time during the last four years. "During my tenure until 2017 as the prime minister, there was no economic or social issue in the country which was progressing. The country had been ruined until 2022," he added.

Nawaz Sharif said that today it had been proved that the PML-N and its decisions were justified. He expressed the resolve to make Pakistan an Economic Tiger.
