LAHORE (92 News) – PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that they will expose the corruption of the PML-N government. Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that Mian Nawaz Sharif’s wealth was Rs 140 billion. “Mian Sahib is among top 10 off tax evaders. He got loans of Rs six billion on becoming the prime minister first time,” he alleged. He said that the circular debt had been further increased to Rs 600 billion. “70 percent overcharging has been done in bills. PIA suffered a loss of Rs 22 billion.” Citing a report of the AG, he said that the country had suffered a loss of Rs 35 billion due to wrong policies and corruption of the government. “An amount of Rs six billion has been spent on acquiring 1,800 acres in Raiwind,” he said. The PTI chairman said that the amount incurred on Danish schools could have been spent on 21 schools. “The cost of Islamabad Airport was Rs 37 billion, which has now been raised to Rs 100 billion.” He said that the country had suffered a loss of Rs 24 billion due to the Sasti Roti project. “Hanif Abbasi aka Ephedrine Abbasi was made the chief of Sasti Roti project,” he said. Imran Khan said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a golden opportunity from Allah Almighty and poverty can be eliminated through it. He said that the NEPRA says loadshedding would not end till 2020. “The cost of the Nandipur Project was Rs 22 billion, which has been raised to Rs 82 billion,” he said, demanding that the Nandipur Project’s audit should be done through the Asian Development Bank. “The LNG scandal is a big one and it is being kept secret,” he added.
