Weather turns pleasant after rain in parts of country

LAHORE (92 News) – Weather turned pleasant after rain in Lahore, Sahiwal, Chichawatni and Mailsi including other parts of the country on Sunday. According to the details, more rain is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir. Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted that shallow westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country. Another westerly wave is likely to approach western parts of Balochistan on Sunday. On the other hand, four people died as a flash flood system swept away a car in the Pishin district of Balochistan.Over 150 Hindu also stranded in Bolan and communication was cut off due to flash floods. The Met Office has predicted light rain with gusty winds during next 24 hours at scattered places in (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan, Bannu, D.I.Khan divisions), Quetta, Zhob, Sibbi divisions and Gilgit Baltistan, while at isolated places in upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad divisions), Bahawalpur, DG Khan divisions and Islamabad.
