Weather turns pleasant after rain in several Punjab cities

LAHORE (92 News) – Weather turned pleasant after rain in several cities of the Punjab on Tuesday.

The twin cities also received rain coupled with gusty winds. The rain continued in Kotli, Azad Kashmir and Murree with intervals. After the rain, the power supply was disrupted in several cities due to tripping of the feeders.

According to the Meteorological Department, several cities, including Islamabad, Peshawar, Mardan, Swabi and Haripur, are likely to receive rain tonight.

The recent rains are likely to damage the ready crop of wheat throughout the province.
