KABUL (92 News) – Taliban Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said that they will devise a strategy if the US pullout is not completed by deadline.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he said that the evacuation by Aug 31 was the decision of the US, not Taliban. "We have established peace in Afghanistan within 10 days. We stand by the announcement of general amnesty," he added.

The Taliban spokesman said that work on the political system was underway and a new government will be announced soon. "We hope that the Panjshir issue will be resolved through dialogues and there will be no war," he declared.

He said that they will not allow anyone to use the Afghan land against any country, including Pakistan. "The Afghan soil will not be used for terrorist activities at any costs. We witnessed the negative propaganda by India. We will resolve the Indian problem, if any, through the diplomatic method," he added.

Zabihullah Mujahid said that they are striving for friendly relations with neighbouring countries. "We have banned the arrival of the Afghan citizens at Kabul airport. People should support the development while remaining in the country. America should change and advise the Afghan nationals not to leave their country," he added.

He urged the women to remain at their homes till protective measures. "We do not want to see the closure of any embassy. We will not stop any foreigner if he want to leave Afghanistan. We are thankful to the international institutions working in Afghanistan," he concluded.
