LAHORE (92 News) - Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Ataullah Tarar has announced to go to the last extent to block the dissolution of the Punjab Assembly.

Addressing a press conference on Monday, he said that the PML-N will not let the public mandate affected. "We will consult the allies parties tomorrow. We will try our best to restore the government of Hamza Shehbaz," he maintained.

He said that the completion of the assembly tenure is the right of MPAs and political parties. "In today's meeting, options were discussed to get the vote of confidence. We have the option of the governor's rule," he added.

He said that the PDM will counter each act of PTI chairman Imran Khan.

PML-N leader Uzma Bukhari said that the Punjab Assembly is not the property of anyone. "A single person cannot impose his decisions. The PTI and PML-N members are equal in number in the Punjab Assembly. Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi has some misconception," she added.
