SKARDU (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Thursday has vowed that they will not allow vote theft in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).

Addressing a public gathering in Skardu, the PML-N leader said that she really respects the people of Pakistan. "Will not allow vote theft in Gilgit-Baltistan. We will not bow down to those who rob the vote and I will try to become the voice of general masses," he added.

"Today, Pakistan's politics has changed and it should change. The one who gives threats after touching his face is about to leave," Maryam Nawaz told the crowd.

"The promise of making Gilgit-Baltistan a separate province by ‘fake’ Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan is a lie," the PML-N leader said.

Maryam Nawaz kick-started weeklong political campaign for the November 15 Gilgit-Baltistan election with a public gathering in Skardu. Maryam began her speech by thanking former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Pervez Rasheed and former GB chief minister Hafiz Hafeez ur Rehman for staying by Nawaz Sharif's side through thick and thin.
