Will not decide NAB amendments case in haste, remarks CJP Bandial

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial remarked that the court will not decide the NAB amendments case in a haste.

Hearing an application filed by PTI chairman Imran Khan against the NAB amendments on Friday, the CJP observed that the elections are a source of self-accountability where the voters hold their representatives accountable.

He said that several amendments have been made in the NAB law and a lot of them are good as well.

Justice Ejazul Ahsan directed the counsel for Imran Khan to submit more details about the amendments.
