ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief Justice Saqib Nisar has said that he will quit if he could not prevent the imposition of the martial law. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that there is no provision of the judicial martial law and a delay in the elections. “In my presence, no one can deviate from the constitution. We will not let anyone stigmatize the constitution,” he said. The CJP said that rumours and misconceptions are being disseminated. “I have promised the nation that there will be rule of the constitution and democracy in the country,” he said.
