Wish for country going bankrupt will go to grave with Imran Khan: Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar has said that the wish for the country going bankrupt will go to the grave along with PTI chairman Imran Khan.

Talking to the media on Monday, he said that rumours of Pakistan becoming a defaulter are being spread under a conspiracy.

"The dollar price is increasing due to smuggling of the dollar abroad. A crackdown is underway against the dollar smugglers. We will also seal the border if the need be," he maintained.

The minister stated that the economy was moving ahead in a better way during the PML-N's former tenure.

"The PTI government destroyed the economy. Imran Niazi tried to prove the Pakistanis a corrupt nation," he added.
