ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal said that the world has acknowledged Pakistan’s policy for peace; however, the wish for dialogue should not be considered their weakness. While giving weekly news briefing in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that the Indian dossier is being scrutinized and its reply would be given shortly. “India claimed 300 deaths, but could not give its proof,” he said. Dr Muhammad Faisal demanded that the Indian government should ensure security of Pakistanis imprisoned in Indian jails. He said that Pakistan demonstrated exemplary responsibility in response to the Indian aggression. “Pakistan freed the captured Indian pilot on the order of Prime Minister Imran Khan as a goodwill gesture,” he said. The FO spokesperson said: “If our silence will be considered as our weakness by India then Pakistan's response will be similar just like the previous one.” He said that Pakistan was ready for dialogues with India on all outstanding issues, including the Occupied Kashmir, for maintaining lasting peace in the region.
