With respect, chief justice's observation is inconsistent with constitution: Fawad Ch

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary has said that with respect, the observation of Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial is inconsistent with the constitution.

Reacting to CJP's remarks during the hearing of a case pertaining to resignations of the PTI lawmakers on Thursday, he said that the tenure of the assembly is five years until it is dissolved.

"People do not consider the assembly as their representative. We are giving much more money to the verdict of the Supreme Court through which the elections have been stopped," he opined.
