Woman burns daughter alive over love marriage

LAHORE (92 News) – A woman has on Wednesday allegedly burned alive her 17-year-old daughter after dousing her with kerosene, allegedly because the girl had married a man she was in love with in provincial capital’s Factory area. As per details, the incident took place on Wednesday in Lahore’s Factory area at Iqbal Road when a woman namely Parveen allegedly burned alive her 17-year-old daughter Zeenat. Police have arrested Parveen who allegedly confessed to tying up her daughter Zeenat to a cot and with the help of her son, Ahmar Rafi, poured the oil on the girl and set her ablaze. Police have shifted to body to hospital for autopsy.
