Woman dies after being forced to take acid by in-laws

DUNYAPUR (92 News) – A woman died after being forced to take acid by her in-laws on Monday. Sana had talked to her mother on phone despite being forbidden, which infuriated her in-laws. Her father-in-law and mother-in-law forced her to take acid, which resulted in her death. Owing to unavailability of a lady doctor, autopsy could not be performed on her for 20 hours. Later, the body was shifted to Kehror Pakka DHQ Hospital for postmortem when 92 News aired the news. On the complaint of the victim’s maternal uncle, a case has been registered against the accused who are still at large. The police said that the accused would be arrested soon.
