Woman injured as Indian forces continue unprovoked CFVs along LoC

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – A 70-year-old woman, a resident of Khui Village, was injured in Indian unprovoked firing in Sabazkot Sector along the Line of Control (LoC) on Thursday. According to a press release issued by the ISPR, Indian Army troops resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation and targeted civil population. Pakistan Army troops responded effectively to Indian firing. Earlier on August 16, Indian Army resorted to unprovoked firing at the Line of Control (LoC) and as a result a woman was injured. According to the ISPR, the ceasefire violation from Indian troops was carried in Khuiratta sector along the LOC. Pakistani Army responded effectively to the Indian shelling and targeted the Indian post along the LoC.
