Women empowerment mission of PTI government, says CM Buzdar

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar on Wednesday said that women empowerment is the mission of PTI government.

Talking to the female MPAs of Punjab Assembly, Sumaira Ahmed and Sadia Sohail, he said that government has taken practical steps for elimination of gender discrimination.

Highlighting the steps taken for the welfare of women, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar said that Day Care Centres are being established in government and private offices.

The Chief Minister said that new development projects have been launched in Lahore keeping in view the public needs. “The government is planting 52 Miyawaki Urban Forests in the city to control pollution,” he added.
