Won't give NRO to anyone over corruption, declares PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that will not give the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) to anyone over corruption.

During a meeting with directors news of different TV channels, he said that Nawaz Sharif's speech was an attempt to create differences between the government and the Army.

"Nawaz Sharif reflected the statement of Nawaz Sharif. The government does not face a threat from the opposition," he said.

The prime minister said that the PTI government is not corrupt and for this reason, the Army supports the decisions of the government.

He said that he had allowed the speech of Nawaz Sharif to avoid the hue and cry of freedom of expression. "The government will conduct the by-election if the opposition tenders resignations," he added.

Imran Khan said that Nawaz Sharif had disappointed as he had been ousted from the game. "I seen no future of Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. Our vision is to break the begging bowl. I know about the meetings with the army chief."

He said that Pakistan and China needs each other. "The 18th Amendment fractured the system. In the 18th Amendment, the agriculture should have not been given to the provinces," he maintained.
