LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif has said that they will not let the proceedings run if a parliamentary commission against alleged rigging, as promised by Prime Minister Imran Khan, was not formed. Addressing a press conference on Saturday, he said that the opposition alliance will get the investigation commission formed. “Imran Khan was elected through rigging. We will not allow the government to commit atrocities,” he said. He said that Nawaz Sharif had allocated Rs 122 billion for the construction of dams. The PML-N president said that Nawaz Sharif had imposed a ban on luxury vehicles. “There is no need to collect funds for Bhasha Dam as investors themselves will come to make investment,” he said. He said that their government had given a subsidy worth billions of rupees to reduce the price of fertilizers to half of the actual price. Shehbaz Sharif said that the power projects were installed through country’s resources. “The CPEC is a unique gift for the people of Pakistan from China,” he maintained. He said that the gas prices had not been increased to such extent in the past.
