Yemen situation: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif delivers policy statement in joint session today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A resolution on the Yemen situation has been prepared, while Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will deliver the policy statement in the joint session of the parliament on Friday (today). On Thursday, the joint session started under the chairmanship of Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. The members expressed their views about the Yemen situation and its effects on the region. Paktunkhwa Milli Party’s Mahmood Khan Achekzai, in his address, said that the Yemen issue is very critical and it is associated with the politics of the region. PPP leader Rahman Malik said that the government should clarify its stance over the Yemen situation.
