Youth kills mother, three sisters for ‘honour’ in Kabirwala

KABIRWALA (92 News) - A youth killed his mother and three sisters in the name of ‘honour’ in Okanwala in the Kabirwala police precincts on Friday.

Muhammad Abbas, son of Zafar, was suspicious about the character of his mother Huseena Bibi, 45 and sisters Samina Bibi, 25, Amna Bibi, 20, and Haleema Bibi, 18. On the day of the incidents, he opened fire at them and fled. They died on the spot.

Later, the police arrested him from Mailsi within two hours.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister took notice of the incident and sought a report from IGP Punjab Dr Usman Anwar.

In Bhalwal, bike riders opened fire on a car. As a result, a man died on the spot while three others were injured. In Shikarpur, unknown people forcibly entered a house and shot dead Habibullah Brohi, Amanullah and Nasrullah over an old enmity.
