The three-member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will hear the petition. Meanwhile, Chief Justice Saqib Nisar has ordered to withdraw the security of Haji Ameen, father of the seven-year-old Zainab who was murdered after rape. He remarked that Haji Ameen does not need security as the person whom he faced a threat is in jail. Zainab murder case: Accused Imran handed down death on four counts Earlier, the anti-terrorism court had handed down death on four counts to the killer of seven-year-old Zainab. The court also sentenced him life imprisonment and fined him Rs one million. Moreover, he was sentenced seven years and fined him Rs 200,000 for throwing the body on the heap of garbage. The LHC upheld the conviction of Imran. Zainab was kidnapped on January 4 and her body was found from a heap of garbage on January 9. The incident had triggered violent protests in the city. Two people were killed when the police opened fire on a mob trying to enter the DC Office. KAINAT CASE: On the other hand, the CJ also sought a report about the compensation and treatment of the minor Kainat who was also raped.
