Zardari expresses concern over Rs 300m grant for Madrassa Haqqania

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former president Asif Ali Zardari has on Sunday expressed concern over the Rs 300 million grant for Madrassa Haqqania. In a statement issued on Sunday, he said that it is disappointing to release grant of Rs 300 million to a madrassa closely linked with the Taliban. He said that this is nothing except providing reason for extremism and Taliban.
