ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former president and Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has on Thursday refused to meet former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif had yesterday expressed desire to meet PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari. Refusing to meet the former premier, Asif Zardari said that Nawaz Sharif was responsible for the current political situation of the country. The PPP has also decided not have any contact with the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). Sources said that the PPP will continue to conditionally cooperate with the PML-N on parliamentary affairs.
