Zardari, Talpur granted pre-arrest bail in fake accounts case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) granted pre-arrest bail to former president Asif Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur in the fake accounts case on Thursday. The court ordered Asif Zardari has been granted pre-arrest bail till April 12 while Faryal Talpur was given the bail till April 10. The court also ordered them to furnish the surety bonds worth Rs one million each. The court also issued notice to the National Accountability Bureau. Earlier fearing their arrest in the fake accounts case, former president Asif Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur had moved the Islamabad High Court. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FukOyrld-KY A two-member bench comprising of Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard their pleas. Meanwhile, they submitted an application to get details about the cases constituted against them by the NAB. On the other hand, former president Asif Zardari sought time till April 10 in the case of importing luxury vehicles without tax.
Asif Zardari, Faryal Talpur granted protective bail for 10 days
The Sindh High Court (SHC) has granted protective bail to former president Asif Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur for 10 days in the mega money laundering case. The court ordered them to furnish the surety bonds, ordering them to appear before the accountability court. Moreover, the court also approved the pre-arrest bail of Asif Zardari in the Park Lane case.
