AC allows Dr Asim to get treatment on his own expenses
KARACHI (92 News) – The Accountability Court has on Saturday allowed former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain to get medical treatment from private hospital on his own expenses. On the other hand, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) court has on Saturday issued notices for April 18 after Pakistan People’s Party leader and former federal minister Dr Asim submitted an application with the court for his bail in treatment of terrorists and their facilitators’ case. Former petroleum minister was detained on treatment of terrorists and their facilitators’ case and corruption allegations. In his application the petitioner Dr Asim said that the cases made against him were false, adding that NAB has also made false cases against him, so he should be granted bail.
