Afghan President Ashraf Ghani condemns suicide attack on Lal Shahbaz shrine
KABUL (92 News) – Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has on Friday condemned the suicide attack on the premises of Lal Shahbaz Shrine, which left around 83 people dead and above 340 others injured.
In a statement issued on Friday, he said that the Afghan security forces are battling against all terrorist groups, including the Islamic State.
Ghani further said that militant groups always seek to “target civilians in Afghanistan and other parts of the world.”
He said: “Pakistan and Afghanistan together can tight the noose against the terrorists.”
