Afghan President Ashraf Ghani telephones PM Nawaz Sharif
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has on Wednesday made a telephonic call to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and informed him pertaining to the attack on Pakistani consulate in Jalalabad.
Afghan president expressed concern and grief and assured for more security measures for Pakistan’s diplomats in Afghanistan.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that terrorism will be eliminated as the terrorists are the enemies of both countries, adding that collective efforts needed to eliminate terrorism from the region.
The prime minister thanked Afghan president for his concerns and also conveyed condolences on the deaths of Afghan security personnel.
