Agreements signed with Qatar are exemplary, says PM Nawaz Sharif

QATAR (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the agreements, including LNG, signed with the Qatar government are exemplary.

Addressing the Pakistani community in Qatar on Thursday, he said that the Operation Zarb-e-Azb had broken the backbone of terrorists.

“There is a big difference today and three years ago,” he said.

The prime minister stressed the need for increasing bilateral trade relations between the two countries. “The trade volume will be increased from US$ 300 to US$1,000 this year.

He said that the economy gains made over the past few years have also been acknowledged the world financial institutions. “Foreign exchange reserves today stand at the record level.”

Nawaz Sharif said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project would bring prosperity not only in Pakistan but the entire region.

He vowed that the war on terror would be taken to its logical conclusion.
