Another stray bullet incident leaves child injured in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – Another child was injured due to hit by a stray bullet in Karachi in the second such case within a week. Ten-year-old, Arman, was injured after he was hit by a stray bullet in the left leg. Police said that the 10-year-old was injured with air gun pellet not hit by a stray bullet. This incident happened in Karachi’s Gulshan Bahar area on Monday night. The police said that this incident happened when Arma’s friend was playing with the air gun and fired a pellet which hits to the leg of Arman. Arman was taken to Civil Hospital for treatment and is said to be stable. Last week, seven-year-old Aqsa, who was hit by a stray bullet at Karachi’s Saeedabad area, died on Sunday morning. The girl was hit by a bullet during the assembly session at her school. After being treated for 48 hours in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital, she lost her life.
