Army to be deployed across country during Muharram

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The government has decided to deploy the Pak Army across the country during the holy month of Muharram-ul-Haram.

The Interior Ministry has sent a letter to the governments of four provinces as well as Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The decision has been made under the Article 245.

The deployment of the Pak Army has been implemented on the application of the four provinces.

On the other hand, the Sindh Home Ministry has imposed the section 144 across the province. The decision has been made to maintain the law and order.

Meanwhile, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested four terrorists from Rawalpindi.
