Ch Pervaiz Elahi's arrest is not violation of LHC order, says Raja Abdur Rehman

LAHORE (92 News) - Former deputy attorney general Raja Abdur Rehman has said that the arrest of PTI president Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi is not the violation of the order of the Lahore High Court.

Talking to 92 News, he said that the LHC order does not apply to the Islamabad police. "The LHC order is applied to the Punjab, Anti-Corruption Establishment, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and others," he added.

He said that the arrest of Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi under the 3-MPO cannot be challenged in the Islamabad High Court.
