Economic indicators are heading towards decline, says Mufti Taqi Usmani

KARACHI (92 News) - Renowned religious scholar and jurist Mufti Taqi Usmani has said that the country’s political situation is facing anarchy while economic indicators are heading towards a decline.

Addressing a press conference on Saturday, he said that thousands of people are leaving the country due to these conditions. “Each newborn is a borrower due to slavery of the IMF. How can we make progress when Allah Almighty Has declared the interest-based system a war,” he added.

Mufti Taqi Usmani said that revolutions are brought through the people, not the government, in the world.

“We are still waiting for a better political system and good leadership. Slogans of rigging are chanted after each election. Later, a demand for afresh election is made. The business community can force to rectify the politics if it is strong,” he declared.

He urged the people and traders to avoid imported items to save foreign exchange.
