Hearing of Avenfield case against Sharif family adjourned till June 19

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court Islamabad on Thursday adjourned hearing of Avenfield reference against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members till Tuesday. NAB court Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the case. Maryam Nawaz's counsel Amjad Pervez did not appear before the court today due to indisposition. The court gave him last chance to present final arguments on Tuesday (June 19). Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz were exempted from personal appearance and they proceeded to London to see ailing Kulsoom Nawaz. Yesterday, hearing of Al-Azizia Steel Mills and Flagship Investment was also adjourned till June 19. Jahangir Jadoon has submitted power of attorney to the court to represent Nawaz Sharif in the case.
