Imran Khan has no power to impose Governor's rule or emergency: Maulana Fazalur Rehman

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chairman Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has no power to imposed the Governor's rule or emergency.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said that the prime minister had lost majority and the transfer or appointment made by him after the no-confidence motion would be illegal and unconstitutional.

"The foreign posting of Principal Secretary to the Prime Minster Azam Khan is a clear example of nepotism," he said, adding that Azam Khan had been involved in each good and bad acts of the prime minister. "Political parties hope that courts will play their role in this regard."
