JI ameer welcomes SC judgment regarding reserved seats

LAHORE (92 News) - Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman welcomes the SC judgment regarding the reserved seats.

In a message on X, formerly Twitter, on Friday, he said that the verdict had exposed the double standards of some parties. “The ECP should resign and go home. A judicial commission should be formed and National and provincial assembly seats should be given to deserving people,” he added.

On the other hand, MQM leader Mustafa Kamal opposed the judgment and said that the PTI had been given the relief which had not been demanded. “The constitution and law are not visible in the judgment,” he added.
