Social activist Rehan Siddiqi calls on Punjab CM to support flood victims

LAHORE (92 News) - Rehan Siddiqi, a renowned social activist and overseas Pakistani, met Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, Rehan Siddiqi said that overseas Pakistanis are extending all-possible support to the flood victims. "I will continue to play my role to help Pakistani brothers and sisters in this difficult time," he added.

Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi said that overseas Pakistanis had helped their brothers in each difficult time. "The best way to make donations is to deposit the amounts into the accounts given by PTI chairman Imran Khan through the telethon," he suggested.

The CM said that the government was constructing houses for the victims and the houses will carry the names of the donors.
