NAB launches probe into Rs 60b land scam in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has launched a probe into a land scam amounting to Rs 60 billion. Sources revealed that the land was given to Adam Jokhio, the front man of a PPP key figure. They said that 100 acres of land was made 1,400 acres through fake ledgers. Meanwhile, the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has handed over a list of the land mafia members active in city to the NAB. According to the list, 24 groups are involved in squatting and China-cutting in the city.
