NEPRA approves Rs7.80 increase in power tariff for K-Electric consumers

KARACHI (92 News) - The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has approved an increase of Rs7.80 in power tariff for K-Electric consumers.

According to the notification, the NEPRA approved the increase under the head of two different quarterly months. The price increase of Rs6.47 approved from July-September 2021 adjustment and Rs1.33 increase in the adjustment of January-March 2021 adjustment.

The NEPRA has sent its verdict to the federal government for issuance of the notification.
