No intention to expel Ch Pervaiz Elahi, Moonis Elahi from PML-Q: Ch Shujaat

LAHORE (92 News) - PML-Q president Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain has said that he has no intention to remove Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi and his son Moonis Elahi from the party.

In a statement on Friday, he said that he had issued the show-cause notices to stop the wrong step of possible merger of Ch Pervaiz Elahi with the PTI.

"It does not seem that the general elections will be held on time. All parties should make decision on one-point agenda for the economic restoration," he maintained.

The PML-Q president said that the things went wrong between him and Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi over the letter about the MPAs.

"Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi insisted on withdrawal of the letter. But I informed him that it is impossible," he added.
