Pakistan beat China 2-1 in Asian Hockey Champions Trophy

CHENNAI, India (92 News) - Pakistan beat China by 2-1 in a match of the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy on Monday.

Sufiyan Khan scored the first goal on the penalty corner in the second quarter. Afraz Khan pushed the second goal in the third quarter.

China's lone goal was scored by Ji Xiang in the third quarter. After the 2-1 defeat, China was out of the race for the semi-final. Pakistan is at the fourth place after the first win.

On Sunday, Pakistan and Japan played a drawn match 3-3.
