Palestine will not be liberated through resolutions, Muslim world will have to unite: PTI chairman

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali has said that Palestine will not be liberated through resolutions, adding that the Muslim world will have to united to achieve this objective.

Expressing his views on the floor of the National Assembly on Friday, he said that the present government could not hold a single session of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) so far.

“How can a government which cannot unite its own people will form a bloc against Israel? We want to strengthen the parliament. Where should we go to express ourselves if we cannot express ourselves here,” he maintained

The PTI chairman said that they were not among those fleeing from courts. “The incumbent government has committed human rights violations most of all,” he added.

Fromer prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf asked the prime minister to open the dialogues and save the country. “Let’s resolve our issues first of all,” he added.
