Pervaiz Elahi challenges Shahbaz Sharif for debate

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has on Friday claimed that he has the record of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s corruption worth Rs 100 billion.

Addressing a press conference in Lahore on Friday, he challenged Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif for a debate on any forum.

Former Punjab CM said that he has all the record of corruption in Metro Bus project, adding that Rs10.30 billion have been wasted in the project.

Pervaiz Ealhi said that Punjab is now under a debt of Rs 700 billion.

He rejected Shahbaz Sharif’s claim that Orange Line Metro Train project is a Chinese investment saying that Rs148 billion loan has been taken at 3 percent for the project.
