Pervaiz Elahi requests Prime Minister to be careful from his advisers

LAHORE (92 News) – Speaker of Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that it is requested to Prime Minister Imran Khan to stay away from his advisers.

Talking to media on Sunday, he said that some information say that PTI members are being stopped for going to media. “PTI is showing its concern of stopping its members to some specific channels. In this way, PTI would not be able to put forward its stance before masses in a balanced way,” he added.

He said that freedom of speech is essence of democracy. “We request to Prime Minister Imran Khan and other party leaders or reviewing its decision. It is surprising that why some media houses are being targeted by PTI,” he maintained.

Pervaiz Elahi said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has given him responsibility of settling matters between media houses and the government regarding PECA ordinance.
