PM Imran Khan, Tunisian ambassador discuss bilateral relations

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Tunisian Ambassador to Pakistan Borhene El Kamel called on Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday.

They discussed matters of mutual interest and international matters.

The Tunisian ambassador also handed over the prime minister a response to his letter by President Kais Saied.

Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Pakistan greatly values its relationship with Tunisia which is anchored in common faith, history and culture.

The PM House spokesperson said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had written letters to heads of Muslim countries for steps against Islamophobia.

"The prime minister's letter to all the Muslim leaders had highlighted the need for urgent efforts to confront campaigns targeting Muslims and that Muslim Ummah should further strengthen channels of dialogue and coexistence between different religions," he added.
