Police arrest PTI spokesperson Rauf Hassan into custody for launching anti-state propaganda

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The police on Monday raided the PTI Secretariat and took the PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali and party spokesperson Rauf Hassan into custody for launching anti-state propaganda.

Moreover, the police also took away the PTI Secretariat record. A heavy contingent of the police, including policewomen, besieged the Secretariat. However, the police allowed the PTI chairman to go home as he was not involved in any case. 

According to the police, Rauf Hassan has been arrested. The police had raided the secretariat on basis of evidence as anti-state propaganda was launched from here.

The police said that the people directly involved in launching anti-state propaganda had been arrested. They said that Digital Media Cell was being run under Rauf Hassan.
